He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, Helen Catherine and Henry Anthony Kok; and his siblings, Gary (Helen), Irene (Bill), Dee, Ken (Timmy) and Alan.
He is survived by: his children, Kate (Roger) and Andrew (Terri); his grandchildren, Carson, Nolan, Hazel, Elise and Mitch; and his great grandchild James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
