He was predeceased by: his father Fred Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Theann Sullivan; his children, Spencer (Becca), Paige (Peter), Kate (Kameran) and Brooke (Calvin); his grandchildren, Otto, Nile, Shiloh and Anna; his mother Mary Sullivan; and his siblings, Patricia Shapiro, Regina Long, Fred Sullivan, Paul Sullivan and Eileen Quattrocchi.
