Butler of Apple Valley, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Joan "Honey" Butler; and his parents, Wilbert Butler and Florence Butler. He is survived by : his sons, Thomas (Kay), James, Joseph (Jean Ranweiler), Michael (Karen) and Patrick; and his grandchildren, Stephen (Jessica), Annie, Molly Titcombe (Stephen), Linda (Kurt Schwarzbauer) and Vincent (Laura Hedrick). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Church of the Holy Name or to DeLaSalle High School.
