It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Patrick Hilligan of Apple Valley, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Hilligan and Fannie Hilligan. He is survived by : his wife Muriel; his daughters, Erin Hilligan (Steve White) and Shannon Counselman (Eric); and his grandchildren, Cullen, Caitrin White, Esme and Cole Counselman.

In lieu of flowers memorials will be donated to, Minnesota Conservation Federation or the Charity of your choice.
