He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Metz; his son Kerfoot Daniel; his nephew John Metz; and his parents, Elvira Hosack Metz and Russel Gibson Metz.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Metz (Kelly), Karen Hady (Jeffrey) and David Metz; his granddaughter Taylor Hady; and his brothers, David Metz (JoAnn) and Edward Metz. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
