He was predeceased by: his parents, Hulda I. Keefer and David A. Keefer; and his siblings, Gary Keefer and Sharon Keefer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Keefer; his children, David Keefer, Heather Kruse and Joshua Maddux; his grandchildren, Jackson Keefer, David Keefer and Dain Howes; his brother William Lippy; and his nieces, Mary Castteel and Sharon Steward.
