She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira John and Edith Hawbaker; her husband Glen Smith; her daughter Connie Harper; and her sister Charlotta Rehbein.
She is survived by: her children, John Smith (Peggy), Cathy Erredge (Jim) and Cindy Stacer (Daniel); her grandsons, Jason, Dustin Smith, Joe (Annie), Jon Erredge (Bethany), Patrick Erredge (Marit Fuller), Ben (Mandie) and Adam Stacer; and her sisters, Marjorie Paulding, Mary Ellen Simons (Gene) and Leona Smith (Glen). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials will be donated to Trinity Care Center, Farmington.
