We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, at the age of 91, Mariel Joan Knoch of Apple Valley, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mariel Joan departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mariel Joan. Though Mariel Joan may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Knoch; her parents, Oscar Goltz and Jeanne Goltz; and her stepfather Dee Lloyd. She is survived by: her children, James (Kym) of Chagrin Falls, Julie Pierce (Larry) of Minneapolis and Jennifer Pearson (Tim) of Minneapolis. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
