He is survived by: his parents, Gary Jacobson and Ruth Jacobson; his children, Zach, Wesley and Mikayla; and his sisters, Julie Lundstrom, Laura Jacobson and Jennifer Fiala (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (14560 Pennock Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (13801 Fairview Dr, Burnsville, MN 55337).
