We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2025, at the age of 58, Richard Kevin Cook of Apple Valley, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Kevin Cook to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Cook; his mother-in-law Marlene Launins; and his grandparents, Erna, Avid Gustafson, Ike and Emma Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kratzer Cook; his mother Linda Czupka; his sisters, Michelle Caldwell (Kevin Baine) and Nikki Moen (Randy); and his sons, John Bloom and Josh Cook. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (14560 Pennock Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
