With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lowell Williams of Apple Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Franklin Lloyd Williams and Pauline Caroline Williams (Hipp); his wife Dorothy (Mindt); his daughters, Michele and Susan; his grandson Justin Simon; and his siblings, Bob Williams (Mary), Helen Sirba (Norb), Gene Williams (Alma), Marge Spurgin (Bob), Jerome Williams (Lois) and Audrie Kramer (Ralph).

He is survived by : his children, Ann Simon, Theresa Buzicky (Dave), Sandy Howe (John), Janet Carlson (Eric), Ron (Deb), Bob, Don, Dick (Annette), Michael and Greg (Melissa). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
