He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Stelter and Paschel Stelter; his son Matthew Stelter; his siblings, John and Eileen Stelter; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Pederson, Sharon Pederson and Judy Stelter.
He is survived by: his wife Norrine; his daughter Cindy Costa (Steve); his siblings, Ron Stelter and Sister Joanita Stelter; and his great-niece Katerina Anderson (Sean Conway). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
