He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Otis and Elizabeth Otis (Claire). He is survived by: his wife Julia Berndt; his daughter Libby Peterson (Karl) of Richfield; his grandchildren, Alina Nguyen (Shelby Johnson), Kia Doffing (Daniel) and Kyle Rice-Peterson; his great grandchildren, Dominik Johnson, Maximilian Doffing, Mackenzie Doffing, Kylie Rice-Peterson and Grayson Rice-Peterson; and his siblings, Robert Otis (Karen Ladin), Linda Nolan and Susan Miller (Jim). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews, relatives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the White Funeral Home - Burnsville (12804 Nicollet Ave, Burnsville, MN 55337). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
