She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Ketterling and Emma Ketterling; her husband Paul Eslinger; and her siblings, Clarence, Andy and Esther.
She is survived by: her children, Donavon (Helen), Darold (Barb), Debra and Dale (Roberta); her grandchildren, Chad (Melanie), Laura (Todd), DarLin (John), Johanna (Jason) and Andrew (Megan); and her brother Larry Ketterling (Nikki). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Funeral Home - Apple Valley (14560 Pennock Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124).
In lieu of flowers, you can make donations to Ecumen Centennial House, Ecumen Hospice, or The Well United Methodist Church where Vi was a member for over 50 years.
