She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas E. Hibbard and Ada Grace Hibbard; her husband Robert Hayton; her stepfather Clifford Arnold; her siblings, Mildred Moliassa, Bryan Hibbard, Bert Hibbard, Leolan Hibbard, Lamar Hibbard, Orlo Hibbard and Laura Plekes; her siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Hibbard, Eva Hibbard, Murial Hibbard, Gloria Hibbard, John Moliassa, Russ Crossett and Walt Plekes; and her great grandchildren, Joy Miller and Mary Hayton.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Hayton (Jody) of Maplewood, Minnesota, Bonnie Winfield (Phil) of Ankeny, Iowa and Dan Hayton (Cheryl) of Newton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
