She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harriett Adair Knudsen and Jerome Evans Halling; her sisters, Janet Walsh, Christine Hansen (Lynn) and Marce'Wilson (Eddie); her nieces and nephews, Karen, Tom, Ellen, Shannon, Mark, Kari, Shelly and Jennifer; her husband Jack Krichen; her grandchildren, Max, Alison, Zander and Korina; and her daughter Amy.

She developed Alzheimer's and lived with her daughter Amy for several years before moving into Vivie Levande in Cambridge, MN.
