She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Olfert and Adella Olfert (Rupp); her husband Gerald Schultz of Michael's Catholic Church; her parents-in-law, Victor and Rosa Schultz (Laabs); and her siblings-in-law, Clarence Schulz, Harold Hamblin, John Schultz, Lyle Schultz and Pearl Haas Bruesehoff.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Schultz (Judy), Cathy Stien (Steven) and Douglas Schultz (Katrina); her grandchildren, Tanya Schultz (Chris Bick), Jeremy Schultz (Tara), Mike Stien (Tisha), Kent Stien (Dana), Danielle Johnson (Cory), Dana Schultz and Anthony Schultz; her great grandchildren, Haley Burgart (Ben Rabold), Gunnar Bick, Justice Sanken (Paul), Jasmine Schultz (Kyle Betker), Triton Schultz, Michael, Maddilyn, Lincoln Stien, Remi, Parker, Taryn Stien and Kennedy Schultz; her great great grandchild Juniper Sanken; her siblings, Julie Schulz, Larry Olfert (Phyllis), Violet Hamblin, Delano Olfert and Caroline Boettcher; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Schultz and Carol Schultz (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (514 Freedom Dr, Arlington, MN 55307). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
