He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moen and Clara Moen (Hovland); his wife Marie Johansen; his son Trevor; his sisters, Delia Johnson (Lyle), Ilene Lien (Lloyd), Irene Ronningen (Elmer), Evelyn Lamm (Robert), Avis Zimmerman (Wilfred "Bud"), Judith Toso (Kenneth), Charlotte Moen and Ardell Moen; his brother-in-law James Drechsel; his nieces, Marsha Toso, Lynette Toso and Sandra Honrud; and his nephew Craig Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Melissa Moen (Leo Ohren) of Evansville; his grandsons, Steven Moen and Taylor Moen; his great grandchildren, Kinley Rose, Brighton Trevor and Harper Minnie; and his sister Geraldine Drechsel.
