She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmore Nyberg and Beda "Gena" Nyberg (Lystrom); her husband Frank Welch; her daughter Linda; her adoptive son Joe Rios; her siblings, Eleanor "Punky", Florence, Arthur, Walter, Roland, Travlers, Jewell and Elmore; her daughter-in-law Vikki Welch (John Welch); her brothers-in-law, David Welch (Deloris), Jerry Welch (Margot) and Patrick Welch (Ellen); her nephews, Nathan Welch, Mike Welch, Jerry Welch Jr. (Debbie) and Darryl "Butch" Harkins; and her niece Angie James.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Welch (Cindy) of Ashby, Patrick Welch of Forest Ranch, CA, Paul (Diane) of Apple Valley, CA, John Welch of Mesa, AZ and Dan Welch (Jean) of Buena Park, CA; and her sister Ann Harkins of Ulen, MN. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
