He was predeceased by: his father Scot Cervenka; his grandparents, Albert, Mary Ellen Hrabe, Benjamin and Dorothy Cervenka; and his aunt Val Hrabe.
He is survived by: his mother Lori Cervenka (Hrabe) of Askov, MN; and his sisters, Sonya Koerner (Rick) of Mora, MN, Casey Sprouls (Jordan) of Askov, MN and Hannah (Jeff Turner) of Aitkin, MN. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
