He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Parker and Marion Parker (Nichols); his daughter Mariah Ackerman; and his son-in-law Peter "Brad" Ackerman. He is survived by: his wife Janet Forsberg; his son Kevin Parker (Kelly) of Perley, MN; his grandson Logan Ackerman; and his siblings, Paul Parker (Carol) and Becky Parker.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Willmar United Methodist Church, Family Promise of Kandiyohi County, or a charity of the donor's choice.
