He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Stephanie Disse (Jesse), Jeramie Jacobson (Kathy) and Jona Jacobson (Georgia); his grandchildren, Samantha Goodwin, Todd Goodwin, Eli Disse (Brianne), Hannah Jacobson, Ethan Jacobson, Lainey Jacobson and Lauryn Jacobson; his great grandchildren, Todd, Mila and Julian; and his brothers, Layden, Tom (Diane) and Parry Jacobson (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
