She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayno Ranta and Elsie Ranta (Finnila); her husband Marvin Niemi; and her brother Raymond Ranta. She is survived by: her son Clark Niemi (Lisa) of Eveleth; her grandsons, Kyle Niemi (Carly) of Florida, Daniel Niemi (Alyssa) of Mt. Iron and Dylan Niemi of Minneapolis; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Lucy, Indi, Leo, Taylor and Carter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
