It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chere Lynn Eng of Austin, Minnesota, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Chere's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Chere's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy Kostan and Dorothy Kostan (Monninger); and her pet Zeus. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Betley (Joe) and Jeff Eng; her sister Jacque Hanson (Don); and her pet Pip.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Worlein-Hoff Funeral Home (1801 4th St NW, Austin, MN 55912).
Memorials are preferred to RAGOM Golden Retriever Rescue.
