He is survived by: his wife Elaine Faye Smith (Moltz) of Austin; his sons, Michael Erickson (Susan) of Minneapolis and Jesse Smith (Laurie) of Austin; his grandsons, Hamdi, Yohannes Erickson of Minneapolis, Isaiah Smith (Trinity) of Austin and Henry Smith of Austin; his great grandchild Leona Smith of Austin; his brother Roger Erickson (Annie) of Duluth; and his siblings-in-law, Lynne Erickson of Duluth, Brian Moltz of Edina and Gayle Moltz of Burnsville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
