He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Champlin and Ory Ann Champlin; and his nephew Evan Champlin. He is survived by: his wife Judy Champlin; his daughter Lenise Arnold (Kevin); his grandchildren, Ashley Urlick (Mike), Taylor Neeser, Isaac Arnold (Emily) and Ivy Arnold; his great grandchildren, Grace Ofstedahl, Landen Brown, Elsie Urlick, Crosby Urlick and Harvey Urlick; and his brothers, Duane Champlin (Julie), Dave Wistrcill (Jan), Doug Champlin and David Champlin.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Austin Country Club (1202 28th St NE, Austin, MN 55912).
