She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Werth and Albina Werth (Riedel); and her husband Dale Quam. She is survived by : her children, Dennis Quam (Cheryl) of Grand Rapids, MI, Douglas Quam (Rebecca) of Mankato, MN and Debra Vietor (William) of Austin, MN; her grandchildren, Betsy, Audra, Ian, Olivia, Nathaniel, Michaela, Lindsay, Jordan, Matthew and Jessica; her sisters, Shirley Lamb (John) of Lilburn, GA and Deloris Midgley of Andalusia, AL; her brother-in-law Richard Quam (Sue) of Austin, MN; and her close friends, Randy and Sue Kapaun of Albert Lea, MN.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Augustine Catholic Church or to the donor's choice.
