He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Nelson of Austin; and his siblings, Don Bulger of Afton, MN, David Bulger (Judy) of Rochester, MN and Denise Laudenbach (Joseph) of Brainerd, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
