We announce the death of Donald Bulson of Austin, Minnesota, who passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 82. Donald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bulson and Kathleen Bulson; his wife Carol McMasters; his in-laws, William and Gladys McMasters; his siblings, Jerry Bulson and Donna Gorvin; and his sisters-in-law, Karen McMasters and Kaye Klukow.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Bulson (Mishon) and Jill Doyle (William) of New Brighton, MN; his grandchildren, Drew, Henry Bulson, Olivia and Mila Doyle; and his brothers-in-law, John McMasters and Darryl Klukow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Olaf Lutheran Church (306 2nd St NW, Austin, MN 55912). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. John's Lutheran Home or St. Olaf Lutheran Church.
