It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Lynn Boettcher of Austin, Minnesota, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Boettcher and Madeline Boettcher (Paulson); his son Jayden Boettcher; his stepdaughter Kimmy; his siblings, Michael Boettcher and Kristi; and his stepbrothers, Harlan, David and John Lysne.

He is survived by : his brother Brian Boettcher (LaDonna) of Mankato, Minnesota; and his stepdaughter Lorrie Lang-Wing (Jerry). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Olaf Lutheran Church (306 2nd St NW, Austin, MN 55912). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
