It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Herman Henry Miller of Austin, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 96, on April 21, 2024. He was predeceased by : his parents, Matt Miller and Katie Miller; his siblings, Vincent Miller, Elmer Miller, Angela Hackenmiller and Joanne Milbrandt; and his granddaughter Michelle Miller.

He is survived by : his wife Valeria Miller; his children, Craig Miller (Deb) of Celina, Dennis Miller of Lyle, Rodney Miller (Shirley) of LeRoy, Lynn Miller (Sherilyn) of LeRoy, Robin Miller (Joyce) of LeRoy, Elaine Williams (Ken) of Taopi, Brenda Theobald (Ed) of Stacyville, Karen Mandler (Brian) of Rochester, Connie Hart of Apple Valley, Betty Johnson (Mike) of Stacyville, James Miller (Becky) of Riceville and Carmen Pitzen (Jeff) of Kasson, Minnesota; and his siblings, Marvin Miller (Jeanette) of Adams, MN, Gertrude Gilles and Ann Schaefer. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, and several step great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Edward's Catholic Church (2000 W Oakland Ave, Austin, MN 55912).

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred, and will be donated in Herman's honor.
