He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Urlick and Helen Urlick (Titus); his wife Eunice Erline Hammero; his brother William Urlick; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Urlick, Doris Rice, Marlene Hammero and Jerry Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Lori VanBallegooyen (Dan) of Sioux Falls, James T. Urlick (Patty) of Chaska, John Urlick of Austin and Dan Urlick of Austin; his grandchildren, Lydia Smith (Brett), Emily Olson (Henry), Stacy Henriksen (Kyle), Michael Urlick (Ashley), Ryan Urlick (Anna) and Joe Urlick (Ashley); his siblings, Larry Urlick and Ann Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Urlick, Ernest Hammero and Richard Hammero. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Worlein-Hoff Funeral Home - Austin (1801 4th St NW, Austin, MN 55912). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to the Children's Leukemia Research Association.
