She is survived by : her husband Charles Megraw of Austin; her children, Derek Megraw and Franna Megraw; her granddaughter Nova Nelson; her siblings, Carole Anderson (Eugene), Michael McAnally (Della Simpson) and Cindy Weichert (Herb); her sister-in-law Marcia McAnally (Scott); and her sister Kim McAnally (Cindy Sutton).

She would grow her hair out long, only to cut it and donate it to "Wigs for Kids".
