He was predeceased by: his father Gary Earl Mason; his parents-in-law, Chu Ok Miller and Eddie Lee Miller; and his grandparents, Dean, Gladys Underhill, Jesse J Mason and Lillie Mason.

He is survived by: his mother Nancy Mason (Underhill); his fiancée Suzie Miller; his stepson Walker Morgan; his brothers, Mark Mason (Gina) and Gary "Deano" Mason; his nephews, Michael Mason (Jessie), Jacob Mason (Summer) and Conner Mason; his uncles, Frank Mason and Dean Underhill; his aunt Rhonda Gautschi; and his cousins, Kimberly, Christie, Cheryl, Ryan, Dana, Whitney and Ryanne.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary (209 2nd Ave NW, Austin, MN 55912).
