It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Mary Halverson (Austin, Minnesota), who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keenan and Loretta Keenan; her brother Billy Keenan; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Keenan, Robert Halverson and Duane Coffman.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Halverson; her daughters, Kate O'Connell (Matt) and Molly Christensen; her grandchildren, William, Daniel, Norah, Stella, Rose and Luke; and her siblings, Darlene Coffman, Jack Keenan and Jerry Keenan (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (405 4th St NW, Austin, MN 55912). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
