He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Johnson and Bena Johnson (Knutson); his siblings, Gordon and Hazel Wyatt; his granddaughter Rebecca Bergstrom; and his wife Janice Holtan.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn (Holly) of Battle Lake, MN, Keith (Dawn Thorne) of Austin, Rodney (Cindy) of Austin and Rhonda RJ Akkerman (Jack) of Austin; and his grandchildren, Christopher Johnson, Trevor Johnson, Aaron Johnson, Timothy Johnson, Jeremy Johnson, Amy Johnson, Kalle Akkerman, Janna Adams and Trista Akkerman. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
