With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Christoph Schieck of Austin, Minnesota, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schieck and Emilie Hussong Schieck; and his siblings, Alvin, Lorenze, Erwin, Virgil, Donald and Esther Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Andersen of Blooming Prairie, MN.; his children, Kristine Hanson (Dennis) of Norwalk, IA, Jane Mosman (Lee) of Northfield, MN and Joel Schieck (Pearl) of Austin, MN; his grandchildren, Emilie Brown (Jason), Martha Koopman (Charlie), Aanna Hoch (Brandon), Mollie Mosman, Marie Mosman, Sam Mosman (Angie), Charlie Mosman (Sara), Tanner Schieck (Jacquee), Tucker Schieck (Daria) and Taylor Schieck (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Joe, Jack, Pearl Brown, Cooper, Claire (Oliver Oden), Christian, Caleb Koopman, Eva (Derek Webster), Ruby Hoch, Grey Keenan, Zigmund Mosman, Oliver, Liberty Mosman, Sena, Sidney Mosman, Samson, Roman, Ivy, Berit Schieck, Evander Schieck, Charlotte, Lilah and Maximus Schieck.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
