It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Maurine Dayer of Austin, Minnesota, born in Conway, Arkansas, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Dayer and Philomeno "Mary" Dayer (Dayer); and his wife Rosemary Dayer. He is survived by : his son Mark Dayer (Dori Cain) of Lyle, Minnesota; his stepchildren, Kathleen Quandt (Michael), Robert McPartlin, Kevin McPartlin, Sean McPartlin and Hugh "Bud" McPartlin (Kathleen); and his brothers, George Dayer, John Dayer and Adolf Dayer.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 12:45 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
