He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Voogd and Lois Voogd (Hallman); his sister Vicki; his brother-in-law Bill Wuerflein; and his brothers, Brian Voogd and Stephen Voogd.
He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Voogd of Sun Prairie, WI; his siblings, Linda Olson (William) of Fort Myers, FL and Charles Voogd (Deborah) of Austin, MN; and his sister-in-law Gretchen Voogd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
