He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, Jim Pitzen and Dick Maher; and his pet Bailey. He is survived by : his parents, John Maher and Theresa Maher (Pitzen) of Austin, MN; his friend Diego; his fiancé Mikena Emiliusen of Austin, MN; his grandmothers, Shirley Maher of Blue Earth, MN and Vernie Pitzen of Austin, MN; his sister Jessica Maher of Austin, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Addysan, Myah, Oliver, Jack, Tenzlyie and Ashon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Memorials are preferred to the family or the Mower County Humane Society.
