She was predeceased by: her husband Art; her parents, Elliot Young and Ruth Young (Bacon); and her siblings, Charlotte, David and Carol.

She is survived by: her sons, Scott Hollerud (Annette) of Goodhue, MN, Erik Hollerud of Austin, MN, Craig Hollerud (Corie) of Austin, MN and Mark Hollerud (Andrea) of Austin, MN; her grandchildren, Kyra Burkhart (Jacob), Erika, Amelia, Arthur, Kinsey and Melody; and her sister Shirley Smith (Bill) of Claremore, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at 416 William St, Carpenter, IA 50426.
