Terry Briggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2025, at the age of 79, Terry Briggs of Austin, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Terry departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Terry. Though Terry may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernly Josephson and Marion Josephson; and her sisters, Joy Ochs (Marilyn) and Sharon Klitzke. She is survived by: her husband Gordy; and her children, Heidi Skorin (Yurii), Tony Briggs (Andrea), Alicia Ausmus (Jason), Troy Askelson (Terri) and Peekay Briggs (Paige). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
