She is survived by: her children, Stephen Vick of Garner, Iowa and Kathy Hale of Garland, Texas; her grandchildren, Daniel Hale, Matthew Vick and Amy Miller (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Aubrey and Abbey Miller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Grace Lutheran Church in Austin.
