He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Fredrickson (Judy); his parents, Floyd Johnson and Blandina Johnson; and his siblings, Carol Claude and Douglas Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Christopher (Frederick Hess); his siblings, LaDonna Lilleodden of New Ulm, MN and Randy Johnson (Bette) of Maplewood, MN; and his close friends, Wendy Johnson, Stacy, Kelly, Jim Zupancich Sr., Jimmy and Andrea Zupancich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Contributions to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Babbitt are preferred in lieu of flowers.
