It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Keller of Backus, Minnesota, who passed away on May 18, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Keller and Adelaide Keller (Payne); his sisters, Ida, Margaret and Mary; and his daughters, Aamber and Celeste.
He is survived by: his friends, Bob Johnston and Harvey Kelley; his wife Bev; his children, Blair Zaffke (Garnet) and Diana Miller (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Angel and Tom (Mary). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a wide circle of friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion (426 Wren Trail NW, Backus, MN 56435).
