He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Skinner and Ruth Skinner (Jennings); his wife Margaret Skinner (Kemp); and his siblings, Maurice, Stan Skinner, Marjorie Skinner and Livona Butler (Skinner).

He is survived by : his children, Threasa Orion, Andrew Skinner (Sam) and Nalrah McCormick (Mike); his grandchildren, Cassandra Pryor, Elizabeth Flier (Nicole) of Ryan Pryor, AJ, Cody Skinner (Alexis), Ella Skinner, Abby Skinner, Janel Hicks, Jorden Thatcher (Joe), Threasa Andrys (Simon) and Debra Ralph (Andrew); and his brothers, Dale Skinner (Janet) and Andrew Skinner.
