She is survived by : her pet Elli; her husband Dan Elstad of Backus; her children, Nichole Wagner (Ben Olson) of Montgomery and Brett Wagner (Noemi Jimenez) of Elko; her mother Marilyn Pavek Odenthal Simota (Pavek) of New Prague; her siblings, Bev Theilmann (Dave) of New Prague, Bonnie Bauer (LeRoy) of Montgomery, Brenda Gratz (Scott) of New Prague and Terry Odenthal (Dawn) of New Prague; her stepchildren, Carle Quinn (Chris) of Media, PA, Chad Elstad (Katie Eckert) of Eagan, Joel Sunde of Faribault, Jesse Sunde (Senyca) of Cape Coral, FL and Jared Sunde (Lindsey) of Burnsville; and her grandson Evan Olson. She is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

“Danny - I’m not sure what to say in the face of the sudden loss of your dear Tami. I want you to know that I care about you, and I share in your sadness. I know the days and months ahead will be a big adjustment, if I can help in anyway please reach out to me. I only knew you both for a very short time, but I feel like family as you were so welcoming to me. I sure do miss my David, I only find comfort knowing he is in Heaven.
