We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2024, at the age of 87, Richard E. Otto of Badger, Minnesota, born in Cavalier, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, LeRoy G. Otto and Dorothy Otto (Graham); his wife Sandy; his siblings, Leroy, Walter, Elsie and John; his siblings-in-law, George Rundle, Larry Metsala, Leona Otto (Osse) and Marlene Thern (Hinshaw); his daughter-in-law Kathleen Otto (Foizie); and his grandson Sean Otto.

He is survived by : his sons, Stacy and Todd (Eunice); his grandchildren, Todd II, Jordan and Tiffany; his son Bert (Rachel); his grandchildren, Jacob and Kayla; and his siblings, Earl, Ella, Arthur, Dorothy and Delores.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Helgeson Funeral Home (1207 3rd St NE, Roseau, MN 56751). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
