He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Stevens and Dorothy Stevens (Kegg); his sister Gail Stevens; his nieces, Tracy Thompson and Dawn Thompson; and his great-niece Jandy Frederick.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlene Thompson of Rice Lake, MN, Cynthia Stevens of Gonvick, MN, Karen Murray of Mahnomen, Timothy Stevens of Coon Rapids, MN and David Stevens of Rice Lake, MN; and his cousins, Valerie Thompson, Carol Bunker and Greg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
