He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hanson and Clarice Hanson (Olson); and his wife Laurie. He is survived by: his son Brandon Cavness (Amanda); his grandchildren, Aden, Alex, Austin and Andrew; his girlfriend Lisa Arbucci; and his siblings, Donny Hanson, Lori Lewis (Duane), Tom Hanson (Joy), Brad Hanson (Kristy) and Marty Hanson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley (407 Getchell Ave NE, Bagley, MN 56621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
